Michio Hoshino, a Japanese photographer known for his wildlife photography, was mauled to death by a brown bear on the Kamchatka Peninsula in eastern Russia. This was the last photo he took.

Japanese Light Trucks
“Dekotora”, the art of stringing your truck up like a massive christmas tree with enough lights to make it visible from space, has been gaining popularity in Japan, prompting authorities to give the trucks the ol’ non-street legal backslap. These tricked-out behemoths often contain so many extra lightbulbs that the trucks require extra power generators to keep them running, though they can only stay fully operational for about 20 minutes before overheating. I never knew I wanted my own Transformer/mobile arcade cabinet UFO until today.
